Veterinary Care: You agree to provide RCS with the veterinarian office you use for your pets. If your veterinary office is closed, RCS will choose the next best option to get your pet(s) the care they need. Please rest assured RCS will do everything in its power to perform life-saving techniques and get the pet transported as quickly as possible as we are PET CPR certified. RCS is not held responsible for any of the charges for your pet's veterinary care. The client will not hold RCS accountable should your pet become ill or pass away. You agree to the vaccine policy on the following page. Please see this page as it is very important and could void your contract.
Home access: We prefer to be provided with two ways to enter your home. We are not responsible if we do not have adequate access to your home.
Safety: The safety and well-being of your pet(s) and home are of the utmost importance to Rockwall Critter Sitter. Owners must notify RCS if a pet is a flight risk or has been aggressive to people or strangers. We will discuss and cover any concerns. We ask that you make any necessary repairs before our first visit. Please note that we will not walk your dog(s) if they are not trained to walk well on a leash. If your pet is microchipped, please make sure to have that chip registered or update the chip if you have moved
Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or emergency, RCS is entrusted to use our best judgment in caring for your pet(s). An extra visit and fee may need to be added if the weather is too hot, cold, or stormy for your pets to be outside. They may need to be transported to the sitter's home to ensure travel safety before freezing rain or snow occurs. You will be responsible for the overnight fees of $55 per night. We will notify you to the best of our ability. RCS shall not be held responsible for consequences related to any of our weather-related decisions.

You agree that if a problem arises such as an AC or heater failure, power outage, pipe rupture, flood, earthquake, fire, break-in, animal destroying a fence, etc., RCS will make every effort to contact the client. If emergency contacts cannot be reached, or immediate action is necessary for the health, safety, or welfare of your pet(s), you authorize RCS to make any repairs that it deems necessary or board your pet at our location. The client further agrees to reimburse RCS for all expenses incurred for the repair of the property and to hold RCS harmless for any repairs or boarding.
